The human version of “who sees you” lives on the privacy page. This is the draft policy.

What we collect

The email or username you use to sign in. The name and face you choose for each room. Messages, photos, and the bits of room information the product needs to work. Ordinary server logs on the chat host.

This marketing site

This site has no accounts, no analytics, and no cookie banner. It does not call the chat service to draw a page.

How we use it

To run Velik: so you can sign in, join rooms, message people, and share photos — and so we can look after harmful content.

What we do not do

We do not sell your messages. We also do not claim we cannot read them. People who run the service can see what it stores.

How long we keep it

Preview software. A finished policy will say how long things last. Do not assume something is gone the moment you delete it.

Use the chat host for account questions. This page will name a legal entity when there is one. For now the product is Velik, wordmark velik.chat.
